Trafalgar has no customer satisfaction attributes. I was in a situation where I was given a month's notice that the owner is moving back into her house which I rented through Trafalgar so I had to look for another place for the 1st of Dec 2013. This was the worst experience for me to look for a place again where ads are placed online and get taken in 2 minutes time meaning everyone was looking for a place for this month. I struggled tremendously in november to look for a place all over but not once did Trafalgar suggested a place for me or offered me options. I had to go there daily to request them to call if they have news on properties I was waiting for. They never made any effort to assist me because they keep on promising that they will call but when I go there then the place is taken that I'm waiting for and now I have to waiting forever for my deposit. Deal with one lady this day, where she makes promises to refund me then just goes on holiday not telling anyone. Get referred to the next lady then she also promises but goes on holiday. 3rd lady still no word. They go off and I'm waiting for my money so that I can spend it on my holiday and now I cant go anywhere. Never again!
