After posting my last complaint about Lumic, I received a very rude phone call from the owner/manager moaning at me at stipulating that should I have an issue I should of taken it up with her as her company's reputation is at stake. After explaining that I did ask to speak to management and was not put through, she made out like it was all my fault.
Funniest part of all is besides from not remembering this lady's name, Lumic still billed me incorrectly and made the late arrears money look like a balance brought forward amount. Yes, because I am so stupid I would never see the similar numbers hey? I am going to complain everywhere about this, such nonsense.
