EQUALITY COURT CASE against Eugene Malan
There are possibly ten such cases in the Western Cape per year and they usually involve a non-white suing a white. In what is a highly unusual situation, I as a white man am suing another white man for human dignity violations.
I am gay, white, Jewish & American. Eugene Malan is white Afrikaans. Over a period of 6 years my dignity has been violated: Several times Eugene has made remarks to me in front of witnesses. At our first body corporate meeting Eugene, in front of my lawyer, calls me a ''fuing Jew'' and ''a greedy Jewish businessman''. He has barged into my office without invitation - to verbally abuse & physically threaten me in front of my assistant - and then he has refused to leave when I ordered him to do so. He has threatened to ''K me up''. He ORDERED me to return to the United States. He gossips to my business colleagues in an attempt to destroy those relationships and cause me financial harm. I have brought the matter before the Jewish Board of Deputies and they offered help. I have had to go to the police to sign affidavits many times. I FEEL LIKE A BLACK IN APARTHEID SOUTH AFRICA.
