Leon Malan, an accountant by trade and in his mid 50's, punched me in the nose when I refused to let him use my parking bay for free (I am a landlord and derive my income from rental properties). Leon's wife said her husband has anger management issues. It was shocking to be assaulted for the first time in my life in my late 40's in my own building by an accountant no less. It was humiliating to have my staff have to restrain Leon when he attempted to hit me a 2nd time. I had my nose surgically moved back to its original position. In punching my nose, Leon also smashed my right eye. Apparently nothing can be done about the fact that the eye which had been hit now droops noticeably, unlike the other eye. I filed criminal charges against Leon & won. I then filed civil charges. Leon died of natural causes. Prior to his death, Leon moved his assets out of his name to further frustrate me in my lawsuit against him. Presumably at Eugene Malan's advice, the widow instructed her lawyer to refuse to respond to my lawyer. The Malan family - - - Someone needs to tell them that they are no longer running the country because their conduct reeks of entitlement and the lack of compassion.
