Excellent management of service delivery

I am moving home and started arranging the necessary changes to my insurance.

I needed extra cover for in-transit issues and started adding this. I admit that in the beginning I received the wrong information from a consultant but upon my 2nd call to verify I asked to speak to a manager/senior member.

I was put through to Eugene who has ensured that I had prompt and accurate feedback. I was able to liaise via email and phone therefore confirming my feedback in writing which is critical nowadays! Eugene was able to explain things simply and to the point where I feel confident that I have all the cover I need. Eugene also advised that he would investigate the previous incorrect information.

Eugene leaves you feeling the way you should feel - satisfied and confident!
