Incorrect Accounts and no assistance or response

After my son was released from Hospital I received a letter in the post for the FULL amount, considering the amount I pay monthly towards medical aid, I obviously queried why the account had not been paid by Discovery. After much calling I finally discovered that Eugene Marias had used the incorrect pre-authorisation codes and then had to call the doctor myself to get a motivational letter with the correct coding as Eugene Marias refused to assist in the matter, I then called Discovery who said they were happy with the new codes and would pay the account if Eugene Marias changed it on their side and resubmitted the new account of payment. this process has taken me 6months and Eugene Marias only corrected the account on the 20 June 2013 but has handed me over to ITC in the mean time for non payment even though this was an on going query and I was assured til the matter was resolved and I was contacted by them with Discovery's response no action would be taken against me. I have called twice since and have had no answers or had my calls returned. this happened to my sister as well and they paid the full account. Why do we have Medical Aid? will not be using Life Healthcare AGAIN...
