I arrived at Booysens VW early morning, Been the first car I was seen to by Eugene. On the job card stipulated that ventilation system not working on heater, door panels are loose, ignition key gets jammed with key and cigarette lighter not working, all to be checked as part of warranty and service offered. This was 07h16 the morning i spoke to Eugene. No call during the cause of the day, I called to find out when will I receive my car, I was told Eugene will call. When he did call me, he referred to me as Duncan, Told me at 14h20 that my car is only been looked at now. He gave me a poor excuse of driver coming to fetch me and car is sorted yet the door panels I will be charged and the fuse for the lighter I must do it myself. I then had to phone in again after 30minutes to find out the driver has not left. When the driver did arrive I went to the branch in Booysens to find my car parked at the back of the yard. Not ready for me to collect, Eugene stipulated they just washed the car. Which was not the case and only to find out no work was done on my car, yet my car was driven over 10km and I find a nail in my ;left front Tyre and knocking noise when steering is turned both sides.
