Just Letting was given the task of renting out my property, they leased it out to unreliable people, who did not have stable jobs and did not have a deposit to put down, despite the above house was leased with these details unbeknown to me. The tenants faltered in payment and damaged my property and was asked to leave. Just Letting showed no interest in resolving this matter when i notified them in advance about what i had witnessed at my house on impromptu visits. I complained and complained but in vain. The tenants eventually left after leaving wholes in my walls and doors, the bathroom was literally black, my yard was a pigsty and i had to clean up everything without any money being given to me, as Just Letting conveniently didn't recover a deposit from the tenants. I am a widow, I didnt have money to fix up the place, but i borrowed from my children and made my house livable again. Carol Heyns Manager of Just Letting promised to give me a rebate on the administration fee that was paid in advance for 1 year, to date i still wait. Whenever i call to speak to her she is never around and NEVER returns my calls. I REGRET going through Just Letting as they are unprofessional.
