Eugene Malan under investigation
The Health Department of the municipality of Cape Town has paid Eugene Malan's office a visit, telling them that if there is one more complaint about the cleanliness of 83 Castle Street - which they manage - the Health Department will sue him.
The Compliance Department for the office of the Building Inspector (municipality of Cape Town) is inspecting Eugene Malan's units at 83 Castle Street. The units built do not allegedly conform to the approved plans
for construction on file at Council and are, therefore, illegal.
