I was phoned by a lady from just letting with extremely rudeness of a mistake on their part, I was paying my rent in the wrong account but never received any correspondence of any kind regarding the account details being changed. She didn't ask what could be the reason of it happening. I kindly asked her how I can assist her as I have an extremely good relationship with one of the agents and she said rudely I can start by paying my rent in the right account and reading my emails. I never received an email from them, but said I can change it as soon as possible. Disappointing to say the least!
