Extremely rude at front desk

Good Day. I hired a car at Europcar and was due to fetch the car on the 25th Jan. The lady at the desk (Charmaine) was extremely rude and unhelpful. She spoke to both my husband and I as if we were children! 1. I was first in the que, but she kept calling the lady behind me asking if she could help her even though I was standing right in front of her. 2.She didn't speak very clearly and when I asked her to repeat herself, she spoke loud and slowly as if we were stupid 3. She was unhelpful when I asked her to change the booking, as discussed with Ayanda (who was super efficient and helpful) from the call centre the night before, she didn't want to make any attempt to assist. 4. She didn't give me a packet of sweets as she did everyone else.
I feel that you need to send your staff for proper training on how to assist paying customers!
