Good Day. I had been looking for a place to rent for a few months now. Most of the rental agents, including Just Letting agents, were extremely unhelpful. I responded to an advertisment on Gumtree and within minutes Sony had responded and arranged a viewing. He arranged more viewings when we were not satsified and once we had made a decision, he was efficient in processing our application and securing our apartment. Sony's sense of professionalism is commendable and Just Letting should be honoured to have him as part of their team.
