Their is a constant problem with the basement finger print access machine. Most of the time i am forced to wait for longer for it to work. Or alternatively exit using the garage door of which poses a danger to my well being. This normal happen at night. I am sure you are aware that the city is very dangerous and the chance of one being attach are very high
My question why do you have a machine that is not in good working condition (I have tried many times to reactivate my fingerprint). Another concern is the lift that has not been working for almost a year. when are you going to fix it. The lift i am referring to is the orange one that moves from the basement which made it easy for us to access our rooms. When are planning to fix it if their such a plan? (Supplier name corrected by)
