It is with great sadness to report the state of a so called newly renovated flats in Silway. Ever since I moved in had no pleasure.
Not mentioning the faults not yet fixed inside my flat of which I am still waiting for the building manager to fix (not even noted on the sheet) or coordinate with whoever who is suppose to come and fix, the loud outcry of lift (s) not working after every second day. Ever since I moved in, only two lifts out of four has been working alternatively- to none working at this moment. I live at the 8th floor with small children, and after a long day we have to go through that exercise weather you like it or not. I don't understand the point of having so many flats with only one lift working for both North and South wings, for a moment I felt like I live at Schubart Park while I am paying sooo much for non existing service. This is a bridge of faith and contract, City Property is not keeping their promise. And in the morning of the 7th you get a letter reminding you of your payment and one wonder what that money is for (Charity - Is on- own will) And I pay for the gym and after a long day I don't need to go upstairs unnecessarily.
