The lifts are still not working at Royal Place. When I lodged the same complaint last year, City Property responded and said that they are waiting for a R100 000 worth of parts. They fixed the lifts after that and they worked for 2 weeks ONLY!
Again, we are fighting for one lift in 12 storey building and we always end up being late while waiting for the lift.
I have been staying in the same building for over a year and I dont remember both lifts working for atleast a month. Never!
Can you please fix the lifts. Provide us with the service that we pay ridiculous amounts of rent for. I know you going to give me a defensive response. When you are done typing that response, can you please fix the lifts.
