WOW U GUYS HAVE DONE IT AGAIN. Tap yourself on the shoulder and say "we know how to mess up peoples lives' i have been billed R463.00 for lights again [6 months now] and i have been buying lights since February when u installed your prepaid metre. Last month i was told by Lucy not to pay for the lights as she has spoken to their billing department "was I ever stupid to listen to her " The third of March I received a letter from your Credit department, that if payment is not made i will be listed as a slow payer. I told u to fix your things. The one lift is still not working u have to wait for 5 to 10 minutes just to get in a lift that is being used by over two thousand people "ONE LIFT" Please tell me why am I being billed for lights. GO TO YOUR BOSS AND TELL HIM U DON'T DESERVE THIS JOB BECAUSE YOU DOING NOTHING!!! DISGUSTING SERVICE. :(
