Unprofessional staff and lack of puntuality

I pay my rent 2-3 weeks in advance every month but somehow afhco decides to deactivate my access finger print! When i go to the afhco letting offices in 120 end they tell me to w8 an hour for the lady because she is still doing her grocery shopping.at 10am, during work hours plus she arrived at work an hour late! I waited over an hour with and still no one assisted me.none of the staff tried to help me or atleast call the lady to come back for the bunch of customers waiting for her.i still left 2 hours later with no help! So disgusted and disappointed at this service and it was not the first time, it has happened before at the same place with the same lady! I called customer service with the complaint and they told me they will call me back with a ref number but still haven't heard from them!
