Its been months and all the tenant lifts are still not working at Royal Place. Last month, Another tenant complained about the same thing here https:///city-property/complaints/lifts-at-royal-place-1171389
That time only one lift was working, now ALL of them are not working. We all have to fight for one goods lift that stops working more than once a day and thats in a building of 12 floors in total.
Last week I called the office and the lady I spoke to said they will send someone to come and check them. We end up being late for work and the kids are left by their transports while they are waiting for the Goods lift.
Please sort this out. We dont have to beg you when you have to come and issue out letters of demands. Let us not beg you to provide us with the service we pay ridiculous amounts for. And please, DO NOT take parts from one lift to fix the other one. Thats whats been going on for the past few months. Fix all the lifts!
