Good morning
im a resident of Royal Place which belongs to City Property. This building has 13 floors, the 13th one being where our washing is being hung.
We have 3 elecators, two being the ones that we use and the 3rd one being a goods lift.
The first lift stopped working over two months ago and the second one packed up soon after that.
This wasnt much of a strain since i lived on the 4th floor, but at the best of times i got to me.
i have now moved to the 8th floor and might i tell you that having to move was the worse as the goods lift is now not just for goods but for residence also.
i have called the JHB office and spoke Althea who assured me that the lifts would be sorted out but it hasnt happened.
not even a note to inform us of what is happening.
this is really unacceptable.
we need answers and soon.
