Not Paid My Deposit

I was staying at 5 Temba Court in Windsor East renting. on the 30 April 2013 i sent email giving a notice that on the 1 June i wlll be moving out which is a one month notice. I received a confirmation letter from them also stating that my rental deposit will be refunded after one month of vacating the place. On the 27 June i called to find out about my deposit and spoke to Sina who advised that i should send my banking details which i did. There after seen that no money deposited into my account, i sent follow up email with no response. When calling Sina is telling me that John Poul Ooteman is the one that needs to respond to my emails. On Wednesday 10 July, i called again spoke to Sina and she said money will be refunded on Thursday and am not the only one calling with regards to refund. When asking to speak to John Poul, she said he steped out side. Even today i sent about four emails and no reply from them and my money is still not refunded. I need my rental deposit as promised and require feedback to my emails.
