Unprofessional service and attitude

We rented a property from a leasing company from which we received great service. We were advised that the property have been sold and needed to move out on the 30th of June. We then arranged with the New landlord to stay for July at a rate agreed on. However after this we were advised that the trf did not go through yet and would still be invoiced by our current leasing agent which they did and we paid accordingly. Waiting untill furter notice of the transfer, on which we will then get communication from our leasing agent to pay money to the new landlord etc. Out of the blue Winston from Rawson propeties phone with no previous communication to us regards to payment with the following threat:
On behalf of the new owner therefore I must advise Samsung of the following:

"The full rental for the balance of July needs to be settled with the Lashan Trust by Mon, 15 July 2013. Please note, if this is not done, locks and remotes will be changed by Mon. This is the final notification. I won't be sending out any other reminders or warnings."
