I think Julia is the worst estate agent ever. In the 9 months that my property has been rented out by Julia, I suffered a major financial loss, even though the monthly rental exceeded my bond repayments, because the tenants did not take care of the garden, and they neglected the pool completely during the winter months. I basically had to beg Julia to go and do an inspection. Trust me, your property is not left in good hands when dealing with Julia as an estate agent. In my opinion, she is quite useless.
