I have been sending emails since Jan 2013 to advise of the rise and damp in our home. we had to repaint our home, now at our cost AGAIN because no-one is attending to the problem, Clearly their attitude is ignorance is bliss & they are hoping we will stop asking or following up on this issue. I never get any replies. I call the office and they inform me my email was never received. Fair enough, I re-send the email in April. the email gets forwarded to the maintenance company. It is now end of June. I send another email to all on the mail asking what is happening, when is someone coming to look, what is the solution etc. absolutely nothing. this is disgusting service. not a care in the world at all.
