We moved into our current complex, which is managed by Yvonne Nathan Real Estate Management, because it's pet friendly. I sent in my pet application 2 months ago, after I was assured by Yvonne Nathan staff that I will get approval as long as the pet meets the requirements and that it wouldn't take longer than a week.
Needless to say it's been a fight for 2 months now. The puppy meets all the requirements and we even sent screen shots from various websites to show this. We know of people who has the same breed and also lives in an estate that Yvonne Nathan manages.
I will make sure to never move into an estate that's managed by Yvonne Nathan Real Estate Management.
