Smart Village email service provide

Good day. Smart Village in the Midlands Estate. I have been phoning in to report our email "Not working" on the 05th December 2013 at around 6.3 pm. The person on the phone Mr. Cliffort has asked to sort out our email. (we could receive emails but NOT send) we have changed the outgoing email provider 3 times but it still did not work. At 8.00pm the person went off duty with letting us know that no technician is able to help us. Hoping that the mail was back on the next day, we waited! On the 06 December 2013 I have phone in and spoke to Cabello Shpiwe. They still were not able to mobilize a technician to attend to our problem. Apparently we were NOT the only people who have reported the problem. The most strange thing is that nothing has changed on our account - it worked and then did not work. NOTHING has changed. we were informed on the 06th Dec 13 that we now have to give in our password and our username so they can log a call and then decide that somebody is attending to the problem. I could not send emails for more then 24 hours and nobody so far has tried to sort it out. Please can you help? Thank you
