Last week i contacted Martha from Chas Everit in connection with a property to rent in Strubensvalley. I liaised with her over email on Thursday and Friday and came to a conclusion of the time and date the viewing of the property would take place. She emailed me to meet her at 12:00 in the afternoon as she will be there waiting for me to arrive.
I arrived at 11:50 phoned her and told her I am here, she then laughed it off and said she is just so busy and will be there in ten minutes. I waited till 12:45 . After the third time of calling her to tell her I am here i was on my way out when i saw her walking in dressed extremely unprofessional. I asked her to let me out the complex as she has wasted my time and i don't appreciate her keeping me waiting. She then told me i am a and who do i think i am telling her i have been waiting over 30 minutes. She then opened the gate and told me go ahead and leave.
Due to this employee at CHAS EVERIT I will not recommend these estate agents to anyone as the one i dealt with was rude and unprofessional, seeing that I am the one bringing her business she should respect her clients and potential ones at that.
