I was a tenant at Silway Silverton and terminated my lease with City Property, upon the evaluation of the flat our walls were dirty we therefore asked for the name of the paint from the caretaker (Ignitius) because we didnt want out deposit to be affected and wanted to leave the flat in a good condition, the caetaker gave us the name of the paint and we went and bought it, after painting the walls we realized it wasnt the same paint. The caretaker noted on the evaluation paper that the walls are damaged caused we used the wrong paint even though we got the name oaint from him and this means we are not going to get our full deposit due to this matter. We refused to sign the evaluation paper as we cannot take responsibility for the caretaker's fault. We want our deposit back!
