Thank you Anthony for your professional and courteous response after my complaint on Hellopeter. It was a pleasure communicating with you this last week to resolve this deposit problem out. I can only apologize from my side for jumping onto the Hellopeter site before actually contacting the Property Shop and speaking to the manager / supervisor / owner. Unfortunately in today's electronic society we find it too easy to report our complaints behind an electronic message rather than picking up the phone and speaking to one another as in the good old days before e-mail. I would however recommend that in future your field agents reply to customer enquiries and attend to their grievances straightway.
