We gave notice beginning March and moved out the last day of March. Dean then got a new tenant by the 10th and she moved in immediately. He then took prorate from us for April witch he was not allowed. He got hes April rent from the new tenant and Dean also told us the same thing. He charge us for replacing globes in the house and also for cleaning. Dean never replaced any globes for us we replaced it ourselves along the way. According to the owner he gave Dean a box of globes to replace for us, Where is that box of globes. When we moved in that place was a mess, we got someone to help us cleaning that place no one did that for us. The previous tenant had big dogs and they mess up the walls inside and outside. Dean then told us himself that we must ask the garden boy to come and was our walls for us and that we must get sugar soap. That was never our job. We clean that place before we hand him the keys back. He never invest our deposit in a trust witch he was supposed to. So when he withdraw our deposit the banking charges was very high. Why must we pay for things for other people which was never done for us. We reported him and he got until the 25th to pay us back or a case of will be open.
