Moved out of property at the end of July. There was a few repairs and few holes to fix on walls where pictures were hanging. I complied to every demand that was made and more but yet Ernst van Eck still sent me lists of things that still needs to be painted or repaired. Better yet, things were repaired that I had no knowledge of and I am being billed for it. He also expects me to pay over R 9000 to paint for a study and one entire wall in the dining room! The walls do have a specific paint technique and I do understand that these techniques are expensive but it took him now almost 2 months and R 9000 later to inform me after I have been begging him to refund my deposit. The so called damages are now reaching R 12000 - R 13000 for a few holes in the walls and the painting of one single room! Totally unacceptable and the attitude of this company is unbelievable. I will never rent another property from Aula Property again!!!
