Burst Geyser Damage 165359046

About two weeks ago our geyser burst at home. I stay in a complex and part of the trustee committee. Our current insurance is with Santam. I phoned the managing agent and they sorted made sure that the geyser was replaced the very same day. Santam sent out an Assessor and afterwards two contractors to quote. Today I was phoned by one to arrange for the repairs of the damages. My kitchen and living room is one area. The ceiling in the kitchen needs to be replaced. I was told that the whole area's ceiling will be repainted but not all of the walls. The walls is not plastered smooth it is ruff so all the dust of the roof will be visible on the non painted walls. Not just that the colour matching will not be 100%. My unit is currently in the market this will not look acceptable when people come to have a look at the unit. I must just ad that the call centre that I phoned was very professional when I spoke to Beauty and Lukas. I'm just not happy about the repairs planned. This must be done in one day and not two. I do not want to spend two days at home for repairs. I would rather spend the extra day with my family. Please can you address my concern. Thank you!
