DEPOSIT TO BE REFUNDED-POOR SERVICE

Notice on a flat that I rented from Mr. Kuhlmann was given on the 1st March in writing, as per contract requirements. (The flat is sitsuated on Mr. Kuhlmann's property)

My rent has allways been paid in full and on time.

However, my deposit has not been refunded, and I find it unacceptable.

I rented a previous property through Mr. Kuhlmann's company (although he was not the landlord), and there were never a problem with refunding my deposit. It was actually refunded within 7 working days, which is the reason why I rented the property in question through them. (Because of the speedy response and good service, I previously experienced)

Now it seems that bedause it is the owner's own property, the same rules do not apply.

Mr. Kuhlmann contacted me telephonically, but put the phone down in my ear as I wanted to know what possible reason he could have for not refunding my deposit.

I am eagerly awaiting a response.
