I work in Sandton, had a viewing at around 5:30 for a flat we wanted so bad! I left early, my partner left early so that we can just go and see the property, I phoned the week before to say I want the property, but they cannot send me the application before you have seen the property... (but I wanted it - that was the best place that we wanted)
Well after a day fighting to go earlier, we get it
We came to the flat, loved it more that the photos that we saw, and told him we are taking it, we have the rent and deposit in the car all I need is to fill in the application, but he didn't have it at him but will email it to me the next morning, we were excited and happy that it will be our flat, because he that's fine, its ours...
The next morning I emailed him around 7:20 to ask for the application, I only heard of him around 12:00 to say sorry the place has been rented out, and I told him yes, it's me... we have the flat... but it was not us...
I don't think he knows what is going on, because why did he waste our time, now we are still looking for a flat, and cannot find something that is decent, it's the end of September and we are still searching... just because of him!
