This is what you can expect when dealing with them

I would like to warn other members of the public looking to purchase a home against Tyson's property, and specifically their agents Greg& Anna Rhodes.

Here is a little bit about my experience with them.
We signed for a property in October 2012. We have finance in place in less than 14 days. No follow up is made by the agents on the sale, we had to continually phone the agents to get an update, and when we get a hold of them, there is no response, and no feedback. We requested on more than one occassion to palce the seller in Mora, however our formal requests were ignored, thus the agents did not action our legal right, and request. Eventually the sellers sign their part of the documentation in January. (3 months later!!!)

The agents literally just get you to sign the OTP, and then walk away. During the period that the property stands empty the wall collapses between us and the neighbour, and there is a burglary, the agents notice the copper piping under the house being missing, but not the big wall that collapsed? After what is a back and forth, the agents agree to assist with the wall, yet all they do is just tell you to "sort it out"

The service received is shocking!
