I rented a property from them in Eco Park Estate, the property required a lot of work, carpets filthy, zink leaking into the cupboards shelves rotted, lights not working. I am not a person that likes to complain but when you pay a heafty rental fee and expect to receive the service you pay for and then treated with utter disrespect/disregard, I have a problem...
Not even the superiors respond to mails. I recently moved out of the property, it became most frustrating trying to deal with people that only worry about collecting monies and "No Customer" satisfaction.
Even reporting the individuals that ignored your requests, fell on deaf ears, it is a dying shame that companies like this get to continue to operate.
My deposit was paid back late, then only a portion was paid back. Request after request, no-one was available, they were on holiday. An admin probem not cleared up by their accounts department, conveniently they forgot to add this to my deposit to be refunded...
They are the worst agents I have ever dealt with, it is people like them that give Estate Agents a bad name, this should be addressed by the Estate Agents Board...
