I contacted Bowarts properties via e-mail on Wednesday, 24 July at 09.54 (address found on property24 website linked to listing 101121718 with agents listed below Annelize and Ruwayda). I enquired about the property yet received no response. I then sent an sms to both mentioned agents (contact numbers on property24 listing mentioned) That same day at 17:37 and neither responded. I followed up via email on 25 July at 10.52 and yet again NO response from anyone. I once again sent text messages to both agents with NO response. Both my text messages were delivered as I receive confirmation of this yet nobody even seemed to respond. This is horrible service!! I would have at least expected someone to inform me should this property no longer be available (property is still listed on property24 website after checking this morning, 26 July at 07:58).
