I asked for a qoutation on the interest rate I will get when I apply for a home loan of R650 000. FNB processes requires me to have an offer to pacharse in order to get the qoute. For 's sake I am your client, you have all my credit record or you can get it if you want. why must I bring an OTP that is binding on my side?
Are you in partnership with the property agents or something, who comes first to you, me or the property agents? All I want is a interest rate I will get, prime, prime minus or prime before I can carry on with the agents... this is common sense. Why why why must I bring an offer to purchase first???
