Why did they need to separate things into Rates, then Refuse, what next??
Bad enough they have such attrocious billing issues, but the cherry is when they cant be bothered to mail you or send you in any format your bills, but they send you sms messages saying you are overdue.
Honest to goodness, this country and their lack of service any kind of service really does take the cake. You have to phone to find out what your outstanding amount is each month, that is really ludicrous..
