I took out a tablet contract with MTN. according to the contract the tablet costs R300 but in the first month MTN billed me for R524. I spoke to a guy at the MTN shop and he promised to resolve the issue. the following month the bill was corrected to the correct amount of R300.

in the same month MTN ran a debit order of R524 and i went to the guy and asked him what happened he told me that he will follow up and find out what is happening as I am supposed to get a credit not. the following month I recieve a bill from MTN and the bill is back to R524.

this time i decided to send an e-mail to [Email Removed] for the matter to be resolved. No one even bother to respond it has been close to two weeks now and have had no response from MTN. They have a pathetic service etiquette and they dont even bother to respond to my e-mails.

Thank you MTN for your customer service. I can assure you that you are not getting any money from my bank account.
