My name is Phelokazi Bridget Ngcemu, i am from Umzimkulu. My mother applyed for a house around 1997 and everybody who applied with her got their house around 2004 and she has been waiting for her house since then. I then querry that with Dept of Housing they told me that they cant find her name on the system, this is really bad because my mother has been renting for more than 15years. Umzimkulu Municipality is really corrupt, they should investigate thier staff becuase im sure they sold her house to the highest bidder.
