City Of Johannesburg Municipality
Poor Customer Service

I just contacted the city of Johannesburg municipality to find out how much is owed on the water and refuse removal. To my surprise they answered the phone and continued chatting in the back round then hung-up the phone in my ear.

As a honest citizen I was trying to do the right thing but the behaviour of the people they put in charge of customer service in our departments is pathetic. When we don't pay our bills they threaten to take our houses and when we try to do the right thing we are sent from pillar to post which is not necessary as they are the ones at fault.
