We are a very big company and have 59 City of Cape Town bills we pay every month. For months now we have been battling getting bills on time, struggling to get refunds, struggling to get our waste removed. You speak to them daily and yet no results just an endless battle. Someone needs to get back to us and tell us what is happening in the billing department. It is very frustrating not to get the bills on time and then they still charge us penalties because they are doing maintenance on the bills. When we request bills its always blocked for printing but the amount is overdue. Kindly assist we need some advise on how to get better service. The people at the call centre gets rude if you ask to much questions.
