I have been trying since Friday and again today to get an answer on my Electricity bill and the rates and tax bill. When you phone 012 358 9999 you get put through from one person to the next and no-one answers your call. They will say HOLD ON. off you go to the next one then you get HOLD on again. I have been on the phone now for a solid 45 minutes and still getting hold on will transfer your call. NO-ONE WANTS TO ASSIST. Once upon a time they use to send the accounts via e-mail and telephone and it was good service. NOW THE SERVICE IS JUST BAD BAB AND GETTING WORSE.
