I was running late on the morning of 16 January 2013 and, as the parking was full, the security guard told me to park anywhere. When I returned to my car, I noticed it had been clamped. I was then surrounded by four security guards, as they called the security manager, Mr Clement Malatji. This manager was the rudest man I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. He was not only very rude, but very condescending. When I had to fill in a form, he came within my personal space. When I asked him to move, he said he does not have to do anything for me. Mr Malatji then accused me at swearing at him and assured me that the lurking security guards would agree to his story. I logged a complaint on the Gautrain website. I received a call from a representative that asked me to come in for an interview. I asked her to email me. She said that I could email and promised to send me an email address by sms. This never happened. After hearing nothing from them, I received an email saying that they are unable to help, because I have refused a meeting with them on two occasions.
