TRAINS TOO FULL, ADD MORE CARTS!!!

I travel with the Gautrain on a daily basis, I pay over R100 a day to use the Gautrain's services. I am highly pregnant and lately there are no seats available. EVER!!! A couple of times I have had to stand by the door way where it was so full, there was no where for me to hold onto. When the train stopped I went flying and thank goodness a gentleman managed to catch me before I fell. When I go home I wait in Rosebank, the only other station before Rosebank is Park station.By the time the train gets to Rosebank there are already NO seats anymore. The train then just gets fuller and fuller as we go along. I am also still waiting for a personalised card that I have applied for three times, each time I am told they can't find any application for me. I give them the copies I have and they reprocess it, but still nothing happens. I also had an incident where one of the gates didn't read my card properly and the guard let me through. I then was charged R120 for parking that day. They logged a customer complaint for me and I have still neither heard from anyone nor have I received my money back. FED UP!!! ADD more carts to the train, or stop selling so many tickets!!!
