POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE

On the 14/january/2014 I boarded the Gautrain to OR TAMBO for the 1st time and on buying the tickets, i asked Busang (the person who was selling the tickets) where was i suppose to pay for the parking ticket and he responded by saying i will pay the parking ticket on my return and on my return from OR TAMBO I found another person at the ticket station and he told me that i parked at a wrong parking not Gautrain one. He called Busang, who was very rude and called me stupid! Busang must be taught customer service and that its his duty to give information to customers! I purchased 3 tickets (R846) thats a lot of money to be ill treated!
