My first experience on gautrain was great until i had to exit the parking at pretoria. I made an error by inserting my gold card instead of swipping it, i pressed the button for assistance nobody responded, i called officers on duty to assist, they pressed the info button which was answered by a lady called kgomotso senne.she really has a bad attitude and the manner she spoke to me was very belitling and arrogant.she made me feel stupid for not being able to use their facilities, she really needs some customer service training and coaching. This is not the way yo treat customers
