Poor service no answers

For the past 3months Ekurhuleni has done interim readings, billing us for what we not suppose to pay, and the month of Feb they charged us R7800 for water. we have queried it and they did fixed the problem but was waiting for statements only received it on the 03.04.2013 i did pay amount of R500 (yes not the full amount but how budgets for amount of R2500 for this.) but today they came an disconnect us.

Don't think it's fare for putting off our electricity if the fault by them.

as well when i try to phone the Account Department no one picks up the phone so i can arrange some kind of pay off on the account.

Now we are sitting with the problem of no electricity.

Do you think this is fare on us.
