BILLING ERROR - CUT MY ELECTRICITY!!!

Hi,

I've been staying at my property for 10 years, every month I will pay my municipality account religiously and on time.

Last month I get a 8000 account due to corrections and estimate readings previously.

Who's fault is this, i will pay the acount but at least give me time. It is not my fault that the municipality could not do actual readings. NOW THEY CUT MY ELECTRICITY!!! @

How on earth to you justify this!!!
