We were informed that the electricity will be cut from 8:00 on Monday and be up again at 18:00, the electricity only came on in the early hours of Tuesday morning and was cut again at 9:00 and im sitting without power and i run a business from home this is pathetic. When you try and call ekurhuleni you dont get through to anybody does not matter what number you try and phone. This does not even include tying to phone them to query a rates and taxes account i spent a whole day trying to call this department. Above all we have to pay for services we dont get. This is totally unacceptable
